Terms & Conditions:
Cash on Delivery:
- To confirm a Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a partial advance payment is required.
- Payments can be made online through Debit/Credit Cards, Bank Transfers, Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, and other UPI platforms.
- Orders will be automatically cancelled if the payment is not received within 24 hours.
- COD is accepted only for orders with a total value of ₹1,000 or less.
- All orders above ₹1,000 will be processed only upon receiving full payment in advance.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for orders exceeding ₹1,000.
Returns & Cancellations of Orders:
- The minimum booking amount is non-refundable in case of order cancellation or failure to accept delivery for COD orders.
- We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery. Please ensure the product is unused and in its original packaging without removing any tags.
- Please contact us prior to making any returns to receive instructions and ensure a smooth process.
- Orders can be cancelled before shipment by contacting us directly.
Refunds:
- Refunds will not be issued if the returned item is found to be used, damaged, missing its original packaging, or without tags.
- Please allow approximately 7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your bank account.
- Refunds are processed only through bank transfers or original payment methods; cash refunds are not available.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Tax & Invoice Details:
- Applicable taxes (such as GST) will be added to your order as per the billing address location.
- Upon successful payment, an invoice/receipt will be emailed to the provided email address.
- If you require a GST invoice for your business, please provide your GSTIN and company details during checkout or contact us after placing the order.

Order Processing Time:
- Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2 business days after order confirmation and/or successful payment.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Time:
- Metro Cities: 2–5 business days.
- Other Locations: 4–8 business days.
- Remote Areas: May take slightly longer depending on service availability.
Note: Delivery times may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges:
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout based on your delivery location and order value.
- We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain amount as part of promotions or offers.
Address Accuracy:
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact information are accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
Delayed or Lost Shipments:
- While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to reasons beyond our control (weather, courier delays, strikes, etc.).
